Kaido is an emperor of the sea and Miahawk has powers and potential as near as an Emperor, so lets see who can win in a Dual Battle.


It is difficult to determine Power Difference between these two because they are good at thier own level.
But still we will consider as many points we can to detect differences and factors between powers.

Haki

Kaido is one of the most powerful characters in One Piece because he is an Emperor of the sea, He possesses tremendous amount of powerfull Haki thay can destroy an Island in an instant he has the Conquerors Haki which is the most powerful Haki type in One Piece and still we don not know thay Mihawk Has Conquerers Haki or not because we have not seen it in One Piece Manga or Anime.
 
 But we can consider that he can have this Haki because all tye powerful Characters in One Piece have Haki of the supreme king so in a fight kaido has a demerit and disadvantage we will talk about later, so the In the Haki Section we can say both can be equally powerful.

Durability

In endurance Kaido is so much powerful that he can fight for many days without resting or eating, Kaido has so much powerful Skin that even a Conquerors Haki impact of an Warlord can never injury him Luffy had to train for just hurt his skin but there is a drawback that a powerful Sword Attack can hurt him like of Zoro and if Zoro's most powerful attack can hurt him then Mihawk is much more powerful than Zoro and Mihawk speciality is Sowrdsmanship he can injury him but Mihawk is just a normal human for durability he could get hurt easily but he have is his powerful sword, the name of Mihawk sword is Kotagana. So we can not compete both in durbality and if a fight between these two occurs then there would be one attack to him or one attack to him will be seen. Kaido have been tried suicide multiple times and he could never had hurt him by himself and Kaido is known as the "Strongest creature of the world".
But only Oden and Zoro have been hurt him and both speciality was Sword so we can say that Miahawk can do some damages to Kaido.

Abilities

Both characters have unique abilities that could give them an edge in battle. Kaido is able to transform into his dragon form (from the Ancient type Dragon-Dragon devil fruit), which csn give him more physical strength and make him almost invincible to attack. He can attack an massive fire from his mouth that can burn a Mountain even, on the other hand, Mihawk has the abilities to create invisible slashes that can cut through almost anything. He also has incredible observation Haki that help him to read his opponent move so easily and can attack as soon as possible. Mihawk have fought to Shanks equally and Shanks is so an emperor so we can consider Mihawk as powerful as an Emperor.

Attacks

Kaido have most powerful impacts and attack that can even shake the world he can bring tsunami and cam destroy a mountain in a blink of eye his most powerful attack name is thunder bagua that even defeated Luffy kn just one attack and Mihawk can cut anything can make tyfoon that can cut even Steel yes tyfoons that can cut steel so if they fight they can hurt each other so badly. And this battle will be a death match.

Weaknesses

In terms of weaknesses, Kaido's strength and durability may also be his weakness, because as he can sometimes underestimate his opponents attack and Mihawk would have lower hand in long range attacks because he is primarily relies on swordsmanship that is work only in hand to hand and low range combat.

Final Opinion

Overall, it is difficult to determine who would win in a battle between Kaido and Mihawk. Both characters have unique strengths and weaknesses that could give them an edge in battle.
