Solution:

So first lets consider these story points that will pointed as boa hancock with luffy concept in wano:
  •When straw hats enters In wano!

  •When luffy interacts with zoro and other straw hats and fought his first battle with kaido!

  •When luffy went to the weapon factory prison!
  •When they made the invasion plan to Onigashima!
  •When luffy fight his second battle with kaido with all story points to remember!
  •When Luffy get beaten up by kaido and sunke in sea!
  •When luffy awakes his  Gear Fifth!

When Straw Hats Enters In Wano Scenario

So first we are taking this scenario because wano starts from here, so half of the straw hats should be with boa or luffy will enter in wano with boa or boa was on different mission or she was just come to hide from world government, so the half of the straw hats and Trafalgar D. Water Law met her but there is a consequence like boa would never come wano country because it is an emperor of the sea's territory (Kaido), by the way lets assume that boa entered in wano so she will definitely have to fight kaido subordinates and yes she will also be hiding because its kaido's territory and yes she will also found that straw hats are also here hiding but luffy is not here and there would be a confusion too in her mind that why half of the straw hats are with Trafalgar Law,
And where is luffy what are they doing here.
Now luffy enters alone because we all know 
When luffy was entering in wano he get sunk in whirlpool and  sanji and others escaped bjt he does not but he was safe and landed in the isolated place of wano where tama-chan lives.

When luffy interacts with zoro and other straw hats and fought his first battle with kaido!

So luffy has been met to Zoro and others straw hats and hided boa will also get informed that luffy is here so she met him and get loved and ya we like her simping over luffy, luffy would also be haapy after meeting boa, Trafalgar Law, and all other straw hats. Then we know that kaido appeaes and he is drunken he attacks randomly on a mountain (yes where all straw hats was but luffy wasn't) that was so powerful that they all could die from that attack but that shinobi girl saved them but luffy they got harmed so ye went to the kaido to fight (and yes ofcourse boa would also be with him) because she loves him hehe, but luffy would be defeated again and boa would also fight him and i think her love-lovs beam would not work against kaido because he is sigma 😄 but after defeat they did not die because kaido wanted them to work under him and sent them to prison factory (sorry i forgot the name of place).

When luffy went to the weapon factory prison!

So, now luffy is with boa in that prison and i think she would starv because of lack of food kaido was doing that so he could confess them to join his crew. So luffy was not starving because he had power even in sea prism cluffs he would have let her eat and there will be so many consequences of love moments thay we will be very enjoyed if its happen. Then queen arrives and we know that he is a pervert when he sees boa he would be got mad and then tama-chan come with big mom, Big mom was lost her memories she was just wanted the red bean soup but luffy  got eaten that and big mom thinks queen has eaten that soup, after queen and big mom fight and big mom fall asleep and queen took big mom to luffy and here there is no upper three of kaido, and Raizo
was finding keys for that sea prism cluffs to free luffy, bao and kid (and kid would also be surprised that a warlord got fall in love with him hehe) now luffy trains and learn Riou Haki.


When they made the invasion plan to Onigashima!

No luffy and others have occupied Onigashima and yes rest of the other straw hats and 9 swordsman of wano made the plan of invasion to Onigashima and luffy preparing for the day of invention to the Onigashima in the prison factory.
Now all the Straw Hats, kid, boa Hancock Trafalgar Law and wano's all forces have been met the day before of invasion to the Onigashima and yes there was so many circumstances in the invasion but in the last they were successful to invade in the house of an emperor of the sea.

When luffy fight his second battle with kaido with all story points to remember!

Now luffy and all others have been invaded to wano and there would be an easyness in fighting fighting with underlings of kaido because of Bao and queen would also defeated by Boa's Beauty and luffy would be there with Boa and when luffy met to kaido's son Yamato so boa would be jealous hehe, and then they went to the battlefield to fight with kaido now there will be upperhand because of boa in fight law and kd fighting with Big Mom and now luffy ans kaido's battle begins and would probably boa got harmed in this battle and yes we know that kaido would throw luffy in the sea and boa would also jump to save luffy and we know that Devil Fruits users cant swim so they would sunk in the sea.

When luffy awakes his Gear Fifth!

Now Trafalgar's crew will save them because they were in sea near to Onigashima and luffy would be full now cause of food and with momonosuke got bigger boa and luffy would be surprised by him and they went to flying Onigashima by the dragon form of momonosuke, yamato was fighting kaido and luffy blow his Gear Fourth Snake Man attack to the kaido with yamato attack and we know kaido is not defeated yet now luffy fight with kaido and boa just will see them fighting and she will think that luffy become this much powerfull, (note: i don't want you read more if you didn't have read one piece manga) Now because of a distraction of CP0 to luffy while kaido was attacking he got defeated three times and now luffy looks like he has dead but if you have read manga you know this is the time of luffy's Gear Fifth (Awakening of Gomu- Gomu fruit) now there is an intense fight between kaido and luffy and luffy won and yes boa was also there too 👌.
